[git] error: pathspec 'x' did not match any file(s) known to git

git 오류 해결

 

git commit 동작 중 아래와 같은 오류 메시지가 나왔습니다.

error: pathspec 'xxx'' did not match any file(s) known to git

 

해결 방법

정말 초보자 수준의 실수 였습니다. 
git commit -m " 커밋메세지 " 인데, 쌍따옴표가 아닌, 외따옴표를 쓰고있었습니다.

git commit -m " 커밋메세지 "
